The red fort, also known as lal qila, is a historic fort in delhi, India.
It was built by the mughal emperor shah janah as the palace of his new capital, shahjahanabad. The fort is known for its red sandstone walls and is symbol of India's national pride.

4. Hawa mahal
The hawa mahal is palace in the city of jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Build from red and pink sandstone, it is the an edge of the city palace, jaipur, and extends to the zenana Or women's chambers.
Hawa mahal is known as "the palace of winds".maharaja sawai pratap singh built it palace in 1799.
The main purpose behind the construction of this palace was to allow the ladies of royal family and the court to observe the busy streets of the johari bazzar from the many jhorokhas of the palace, without being seen themselves.
The hawa mahal is a five- storey building, it is the tallest building in the world that has been built without a foundation. It has a curved architecture that leans at an 87 degree angle and a pyramidal shape which has helped it stay erect for centuries.
Because of this palace it is known as pinkcity.
These four places are very famous in India with their history.
